Our passion and love for barbecue began around the summer of 2010. We started barbecuing in the backyard, on the weekends with a small offset stick burner, which we still have today. As our barbecue skills quickly inclined, we started catering small parties for family and friends. Soon after that we began competing in barbecue competitions. Due to the high level of skill required to compete, we have perfected a unique cooking style that brings our consumers meats that are tender, juicy, and flavorful.

    As a mobile food trailer, catering, and barbecue competition team we are able to provide the most unique as well as traditional flavors. We only use prime briskets as well as the best pork and chicken we can possibly find. All of our products from our rubs to our desserts are made from our vast collection of recipes that has evolved from years of trial and error. There’s no meat we can’t “cue” and no flavor we can’t do!
